María Jesús Álvarez
María Jesús is a partner in the Advisory area of ECIJA. She has more than twenty years of experience in labour management and human resources consultancy. After more than 10 years at Ernst & Young as head of the labour management and human resources department, she has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in the legal and consultancy sector after working for Auxadi, Deloitte and BDO.
She is an expert in payroll services, employment advice, human resources consultancy and personnel administration.
María Jesús holds a degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources from the University of Zaragoza.
