Miguel Ángel Martínez
Miguel ngel is a partner of ECIJA Advisory and founder of Ad & Law, an expert in corporate governance in tax, labour, commercial, and accounting matters. He is a chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Spain.
He has been actively involved in various start-ups as a consultant, business angel and/or external CFO.
Furthermore, he began his career at Deloitte, where he led projects in the areas of audit, Sarbanes-Oxley, strategic consulting and IAS reconciliation of individual and consolidated financial statements.
He is Professor of Financial Accounting at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE). He also holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from CUNEF and specialises in auditing and accounting at the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares.
