Miguel Ángel Martínez

With solid experience in business management, Miguel Ángel is an expert in taxation, commercial law, accounting, and human resources. He is also an auditor and member of the Spanish Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Throughout his career, he has been actively involved as an advisor, business angel and/or external CFO in various start-ups. He began his career at Deloitte, where he managed audit projects, strategic consulting and the implementation of international accounting standards, such as the reconciliation of individual and consolidated financial statements to IAS.

Miguel Ángel also has an academic side, teaching financial accounting at the Complutense University of Madrid and the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE).
