Rafael Ybarra

Rafael is a Partner at E Advisory, with more than 20 years of international experience in transaction finance.
He has been responsible for the implementation, administrative and financial management and access to local financing of Abengoa subsidiaries in energy and water projects at international level and has managed the finances of several Spanish multinational companies.
Since 2020 he has been working as a financial advisor specialising in project and growth financing, debt refinancing and restructuring, viability planning in situations of lack of liquidity, among others.
Academic background:

- SMEX business management programme at the San Telmo International Institute.
- Abengoa's Management Skills Programme at Loyola University.
