Francisco Javier Lancho Muriel

He has extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), due diligence, company valuation and restructuring processes, having led large-scale projects in a wide range of sectors (specialising in private equity transactions).

Throughout his career he has held leading positions in international professional services firms. He was partner in charge of Financial Advisory and Consulting at Deloitte Spain and Deloitte Latam, where he coordinated highly complex national and international transactions.

In addition, he held senior management positions at Deloitte, holding positions on the Executive Committee and Board.

In 2023 he joined ECIJA as COO, leading the organisational efficiency and international growth of the firm. Since 2025 he is also CEO of ECIJA Finance, a unit specialised in finance, tax, accounting and outsourcing, structured in three main areas: Financial Advisory, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Public Sector services.

His profile combines a deep financial knowledge with a strategic vision of business management, adding value in the transformation and consolidation of professional services firms in international markets.

Academic background

• Degree in Economics and Business Administration from ICADE 1991.
