Francisco Javier Lancho Muriel

He has extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), due diligence, business valuation and restructuring processes, having led large-scale projects across a wide range of sectors (specialising in private equity transactions).

Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at international professional services firms. He was the partner in charge of the Financial Advisory and Consultancy division at Deloitte Spain and Deloitte Latam, where he coordinated highly complex national and international operations.

In addition, he held management roles at Deloitte, serving on the executive committee and the board.

In 2023, he joined ECIJA as COO, leading the firm’s organisational efficiency and international growth. Since 2025, he has also served as CEO of ECIJA Finance, a unit specialising in finance, taxation, accounting and outsourcing, structured around three main areas: Financial Advisory, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and public sector services.

His profile combines in-depth financial knowledge with a strategic vision of business management, adding value to the transformation and consolidation of professional services firms in international markets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Studies from ICADE, 1991.
