Throughout his career, Javier has accompanied national and international companies in sectors such as banking and finance, retail, technology, manufacturing, health and professional services, providing comprehensive solutions in accounting, tax and assurance.

He was a founding partner and director of ATA Consulting for more than a decade, leading the growth of the firm to become a benchmark in accounting and tax outsourcing, consulting and tax auditing. Under his management, he drove the digital transformation of financial services, incorporating technological and automation solutions that optimised operational efficiency and strengthened the regulatory compliance of multiple organisations.

His professional experience was consolidated in top international firms such as Ernst & Young (EY) and Baker Tilly, where he acquired a solid background in auditing under International Standards on Auditing (ISA), implementation of full IFRS and IFRS for SMEs, as well as in tax planning and corporate tax strategy.

Recognised for his innovative and strategic approach, Javier now leads from E Advisory the expansion of the practice in Colombia and Latin America, strengthening the areas of accounting, tax, corporate finance and assurance, with a model that integrates talent, innovation and applied technology.
