Marianna Elizabeth Gil

He is currently a Partner at ECIJA Advisory, where he leads the Private Client and International Mobility practice, advising international investors, entrepreneurs and corporate groups on cross-border structuring projects, international mobility and strategic establishment in Spain and Europe.

He has more than eight years of experience advising international clients in complex regulatory environments, combining legal advice, strategic coordination and multidisciplinary project management. His practice focuses on the comprehensive accompaniment of foreign clients in investment, relocation and international expansion processes, facilitating their operational and structural implementation in Spain.

Before joining ECIJA, she was a founding partner of Quality Lawyers, a boutique specialising in international mobility and foreign investment, where she led international projects for clients in Latin America, North America and the Middle East.

Previously, she developed her career in the judicial field, working in administrative and tax litigation, even serving as an alternate judge.
