Miguel Ángel Martínez

He has extensive professional experience in taxation, commercial law, accounting and human resources. He is the founder of Ad & Law, a firm from which he has provided comprehensive advice to companies in different sectors. He is also an auditor and member of the Spanish Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Throughout his career he has participated as advisor, business angel and external CFO in several startups, providing a combination of financial knowledge and strategic capacity. He began his professional career at Deloitte, where he managed audit projects, strategic consulting and adoption of international accounting standards (IAS), including reconciliation processes of individual and consolidated financial statements.

In the academic field, he teaches financial accounting at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), contributing to the training of new generations of professionals in the economic-legal field.
