Miguel Ángel has a strong track record in taxation, commercial law and business management
He has extensive professional experience in taxation, commercial law, accountancy and human resources. He is the founder of Ad & Law, a firm through which he has provided comprehensive advice to companies across various sectors. He is also a chartered accountant and a member of the Spanish Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Throughout his career, he has acted as an adviser, business angel and external CFO for various start-ups, bringing a combination of financial expertise and strategic acumen. He began his professional career at Deloitte, where he managed projects relating to auditing, strategic consultancy and the adoption of International Accounting Standards (IAS), including the reconciliation of individual and consolidated financial statements.
In the academic sphere, he lectures in financial accounting at the Complutense University of Madrid and at the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE), helping to train new generations of professionals in the economic and legal fields.
